In this film, we invite you to visit Wanda and Józef Gosławski's studio, where the exhibition's curator, Maria Kominek-Karolak, and the artists' daughter, dr Anna Rudzka, tell a story of creating art in the time of scarcity and the connection between art and life.

Żelazowa Wola:

The Score of the space

"Here, the cradle of Fryderyk Chopin stood over a hundred years ago. We can’t even imagine what the place looked like at the time" – wrote Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz, a Polish writer, about Żelazowa Wola. Indeed, the small village situated between Warsaw and Sochaczew has most likely changed significantly throughout the last 200 years. What did the initial attempts to establish a Chopin museum at the composer's birthplace look like? Can a park function as a sort of a living monument? You will find the answers to those and many other questions in this short documentary entitiled "The score of the space".
